Deixo aqui, em anexo, para quem se interessar, o meu Trabalho de Conclusão de
Curso da Faculdade de Direito.
RESUMO
Durante o decorrer histórico, vários foram os momentos em que debateram
favoravelmente à reforma agrária, contudo nunca houve um real empenho do Estado
para a sua efetivação. Assim, o presente trabalho visa resgatar este tema
abordando seus fatos geradores e questionando sobre o porquê, embora esteja
prevista na Constituição Federal, ainda não se efetivou. Também se procura
denunciar os problemas de exclusão social envolvendo o campo, apontando ao final
as vantagens de efetivar a reforma agrária, seguindo sempre o raciocínio de que
se tal Instituto for executado de forma extremamente planejada só tende a gerar
benefícios, sendo inclusive capaz de proporcionar inclusão social a muitas

ABSTRACT
During
the historical course, there were several moments when the agrarian reform was
debated, however there was never a real commitment from the State to its
realization. Thus, this paper proposes to recover this theme by addressing
their triggering events and questioning about the reason, although it is
required by the Constitution, it hasn’t materialize yet. It also seeks to
expose the problems of social exclusion involving the field, pointing to the
end benefits of agrarian reform, always following the reasoning that if such an
institute is being executed as planned just extremely likely to produce
benefits, including being able to provide social inclusion for many people.
